Carlotta Burton, Associate Director, Family Service

Carlotta provides grief support to families following the loss of an infant, offering compassionate care and resources during their most difficult moments.

Cindy Sims, Assoc Director, Fundraising & Engagement

Western Region

Cindy provides leadership in fundraising, donor engagement, and event planning to ensure Infant Loss Resources can continue its vital mission in the western region.

Leonae De La Torre, Community & Family Support

Western Region

Leonae works directly with families and community partners to provide grief support, education, and outreach in KC and Kansas.

Danielle Daniels, Outreach & Program Coordinator

Eastern Region

Danielle leads safe sleep education and coordinates the distribution of Pack ‘n Plays to families across the region and state of Missouri.

South Central Region

Provide grief support, safe sleep education, and outreach to families in Springfield and surrounding southwest Missouri communities.
